At Paul Clements and Associates, we make our clients happy by:

Your needs, and those of the site, drive our designs. We spend time getting to know you, whilst also assessing the building or site for opportunities to dramatically improve the way you live or work. And we do all this with a careful eye on cost so that you get the very best solution for your budget.

But architecture isn’t just about design. We take the burden of paperwork away too by handling building and resource consents, fire safety reports, structural calculations, thermal calculations, weathertightness risk assessments and all the other forms that need to be completed.

We’ll also recommend builders that we know are right for your project. Having been architects in Auckland since 1996, we’ve created a great network of experts we know and trust. So, for example, if your project requires a builder, surveyor and structural engineer, it is highly likely that they will all have worked with us as a team before. They’ll understand how to work well together.

And we want you to trust us too. At Paul Clements and Associates, we want to minimise your stress during build projects. We do this by:

• Keeping control of costs
• Managing the tendering process in a fair and professional way
• Using industry-standard, robust contracts
• Monitoring the construction quality and acting as an intermediary between yourselves and the builder as needed
• Working with you and your builder on variations to the original design so that you know the design and cost implications

So we provide independent advice and a particularly supportive attitude for the owners of leaky buildings.
